Communication between the front desk and managing staff is horrible. I have never been late paying any bills my entire life and even pay early at times.
When dropped off my keys at I moved out, I was told everything is settled and they will send me back my deposit in the mail. I called a few weeks later to see what was going on and I was told that there should be a check in the mail within 2 weeks. Come to find out I was getting calls every day from a debt collection agency. Guess what? I wasn't even informed I owed anything... like you could have just email me or mail me a letter at the address I provided you at the end when I dropped off my keys. They kept my deposit and sent me to collections without notification.
The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because it is a nice building when the elevators are working. There are great views and it is convenient to many areas. So if you don't care about having a good staff, this may be your place. If you want exceptional service look elsewhere.
I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay, the property manager, during my recent move, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service she provided. From the very beginning to the end of my move, Lindsay was there, guiding me every step of the way. Her professionalism, efficiency, and dedication truly stood out, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
The entire team at Radiant is fantastic! What struck me the most was the consistent helpful and friendly demeanor of everyone I encountered. It's evident that each team member works tirelessly to ensure residents like me have a wonderful experience.
The property management company is exceptionally lucky to have Lindsay as the manager. I'm grateful for the outstanding support I've received and couldn't be happier with my decision to be a part of this community. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You do not get what you pay for. You pay for a parking garage and security, yet the parking garage is wide open for anyone to come in, break your window, and go through your car. No security on the premise (despite the intimidating empty security car). Management is aware of the issue and doesn’t care. No cameras in the parking garage. Elevators and door locks are constantly in need of maintenance. Land lord is disrespectful and holds no accountability for the security and safety of residents. You’re better off moving across the street to a safer location.
I lived here for a year and it was really a good experience, the social areas are in very good condition, in general the entire building was well maintained, the maintenance guys are great, as are the concierges, my only bad experience was with Manager Lindsay, she didn't know when I was going to move, wrote to me telling me that I couldn't leave because I hadn't notified her of something that wasn't true and it took more than a week for her to write to me asking for forgiveness for her bad job. In addition, it has been more than two months since my contract ended and I still have not received the refund of my deposit, which she told me that they would only return 199 dollars of the 700 that I had paid and I requested an explanation more than 15 days ago. and I still haven't received a response from her, unfortunately she is not up to the standard of Radiant, but honestly the rest of the staff is wonderful.
I can't say enough good things about Radiant and about the property manager, Lindsay! The team is always available to help, they’re always smiling, and any time I’ve reached out to Lindsay directly, she goes above and beyond to assist and is always so helpful. It's clear that she and the team put in a lot of effort, even when it often goes unnoticed. I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation.

Radiant is a great place to live, the pool is great, the residents are nice, and the staff is very helpful. The garage door was finally fixed but the added security patrol made sure nonresidents did not linger. Lindsay, has been a great resource and is easy to talk to about any issue.
